We bring a complete portrait setup to offices and workplaces in Toronto, Markham, Whitby, Oshawa, Peterborough and surrounding communities. Before the session, we coordinate the lighting, backdrop, composition and schedule with your team. During the session, each person receives individual direction, and selected images are professionally retouched and delivered at high resolution.
Travel and studio setup are included throughout Durham Region and Peterborough. Toronto and other GTA locations are available, with any location-specific travel costs confirmed before booking.
What Does My Investment Include?
Every team session is a complete on-location portrait production, with everything required to create polished, consistent professional headshots brought directly to your workplace. We provide professional lighting, premium studio backdrops, and all necessary equipment—transforming a boardroom, meeting room, or other available space into a professional portrait studio.
Our setup is designed to work around your team, not the other way around. We can operate in spaces as small as 7' × 7', and sessions are carefully organized to minimize disruption to the workday. Each person receives individual direction with posture, positioning, and expression while we work efficiently to keep your team’s time away from their responsibilities to a minimum.
Before your session, we work with you to plan the look and style of your headshots so the finished images complement your organization and existing brand. Afterward, selected images are professionally retouched and delivered at high resolution, ready for company websites, LinkedIn profiles, marketing materials, press releases, speaking engagements, and other professional uses.
Your investment includes the complete process: pre-session planning, travel, professional lighting and backdrop equipment, on-site setup and tear-down, individual posing and expression coaching, gallery preparation, professional retouching, and delivery of your finished images.
All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to HST. Travel and studio setup are included for sessions throughout Peterborough and Durham Region. Locations elsewhere in the Greater Toronto Area may require a customized travel quote.

$6500 includes the first 50 people. Each additional person photographed during the same production is $120.

Like all of our photoshoots, we bring the studio directly to your workplace. Boardrooms, meeting rooms, vacant offices, and other available spaces work extremely well. Our studio can be set up in an area as small as approximately 7' × 7', allowing us to work within businesses where space is limited.
Once set up, employees can step away individually to be photographed and return to their work shortly afterward, helping minimize disruption to the workday. We provide guidance with posture, positioning, and expression throughout the session—particularly helpful for people who aren't comfortable in front of a camera.
What should everyone wear? That depends on your organization. Suits and jackets may suit a law or financial firm, while polished business-casual clothing may better represent a technology company or creative workplace. Generally, solid colours, subtle patterns, and simple layers photograph beautifully. Some basic wardrobe guidance beforehand can also help create consistency across a larger team.
Before the photoshoot, we establish the desired look with your organization. Lighting, backdrop, composition, and editing are then kept consistent from person to person.
