We bring professional lighting, a backdrop and the photography equipment needed to create a dedicated headshot area. Before the event, we’ll discuss the available space and the look you’d like for the photographs.

Guests don’t need to know how to pose. We offer clear direction on positioning and expression, helping each person settle in and feel more confident as we photograph them.
Image Selection Straight After the Session
Participants review their photographs immediately after their photoshoot and choose the images they would like edited. They can return to the event knowing which photographs they’ve selected.
Edited Photographs Delivered Online
Selected images are professionally edited and delivered through a private online gallery. The number of finished images and delivery schedule are confirmed when we plan your event.

Questions From Event Organizers
How many people can you photograph?
The number of guests we can photograph per hour depends on a number of factors, but generally, we can photograph between 20-30 guests per hour depending on the pace of the event.
How much space do you need?
We’ll review your venue’s available space before the event. The setup needs room for the backdrop, lighting and photography, along with suitable access for guests. The minimum space we need is 7'x7'.
When will guests receive their photographs?
Guests select their images at the event, and their finished headshots are delivered online once editing is complete. Depending on the number of guests photographed, they can expect to receive their headshots within 2 - 7 days.
Are there any additional costs for the headshots lounge?
Your quote will reflect the event location, coverage time, expected participation and image requirements. Additional costs above our stated pricing above may include hotel accommodations for multi-day events and parking. We make our pricing extremely transparent - you will never receive a surprise charge. All price considerations will be presented for you to see before signing your contract and there will be no additional charges afterwards.

Community Spotlight: In Action with Borrowell at Bymark in Toronto
For a recent Borrowell event at Bymark in downtown Toronto, we photographed 32 guests. Participants included representatives from Borrowell, CIBC, Canadian Tire Bank, BMO and RBC.
Each guest selected their preferred images immediately after their photoshoot. Within one week, everyone had received their edited headshots through a private online gallery.
It was a friendly, enjoyable evening and a great example of how a headshot lounge can fit into a professional gathering.
