The Process

Team Headshots & portraits

Step 1: Start the Process

Awesome! We are glad you are here and looking to get some great headshots for your team. The first thing to do is let us know a little bit about your project. You can send us an email directly by clicking this link or follow click here to be taken to our 'Get a Quote' page, where you can fill out some quick information. Once we have your information, we'll get a custom quote drawn up and back to you within a couple hours.

Step 2: Scheduling

Once you tell us you're happy with the price, we'll get you penciled in. Our schedule is pretty flexible, so we are usually able to accommodate 'short notice' photoshoots for those who need their new headshots asap. Once you are scheduled, we will send you some information to help get your team looking their best for the photoshoot.

Step 3: Photoshoot Day!

This is the fun step! Darian Drake will arrive to set up for your team photoshoot at the agreed upon location and things will get underway. Darian will set up his pro-studio and the photoshoot will begin. Teams are typically shot at a rate of 12 people per hour; we get you quality results with a focus on minimal disruption to your business's standard work day.

The time per person can fluctuate at the request of the client. For example, clients requesting a more artistic or varied look to their headshots will require more time per person than a business, which needs one standard, cohesive look for their team.

Step 4: Get Your Images

Once your photoshoot is over, you will receive a private online gallery to select your proofs (the unedited images) - this gallery is usually ready the same day of your photoshoot. Once you select your images, they move in to the post-production phase. Darian will get them shined and polished and you will have them back generally within a few business days - often sooner depending on the size of your team.

An excellent choice to turn any team into a trustworthy brand. You get the choice to do headshots, portraits (up to 3/4 body), or both.

  • One background.

  • Five minutes of camera time for each team member.

  • Minor wardrobe changes.

  • Posing and expression coaching.

  • Two edited images returned per team member. Images are returned as maximum resolution .JPEG files.

  • Option to do headshots and/or portraits (1/2 body or 3/4 body).

  • Competitive scaled pricing - the larger your team, the less it cost per person.

  • Options to purchase additional images.

  • Option to select full body portraits (at an additional cost).

Custom Team Photoshoot

We know your needs are unique and your photoshoot can reflect that. If you need team headshots against more than one background, wardrobe changes for each one or more team members or more time in front of the camera, just let us know. We'll design the perfect photoshoot to exceed your needs!
