Our system allows us to photograph 12 people per hour assuming only one background and lighting style is being used. That effectively allows us to photograph 96 people in one 8 hour work day.
Our system allows us to photograph up to 96 people in one 8 hour work day. If your team is larger than that, we can set up a multi-day photoshoot, which depending on your location, may incur additional charges if overnight accommodations are necessary. We will inform you in advance if any additional charges apply.
Absolutely. We bring our studio anywhere you need us. We often set up in board rooms, clinics, theatres, warehouses, schools, and even private residences.
Yes. We have a great deal of experience matching styles with previous or other headshots/portraits. If you currently have an aesthetic you love, you can feel at ease because we can recreate it.
The answer to this is dependent on what industry you are in and the company itself. When you book with us, we will send you a link to distribute to your team. The link will take them to one of our online PDF clothing guides, which matches your team's industry and company philosophy (i.e., how the company presents itself to the public).

We bring a selection station to your photoshoot for each team member to review and select their image(s), so everything is selected by the time we leave your venue. This facilitates getting your finished products back as quickly as possible.
Your edited images will be uploaded to a private, password protected gallery for a representative of your team to access and download your images. In fact, this gallery will act as a backup for your business in case of file loss for 6 months after date of delivery.
The editing process is handled by a master of the craft with over 10,000 hours of experience. He will efficiently edit each image to the highest standard and your gallery can be delivered within a few business days to a couple weeks depending on the size of your team.
Our scaled pricing means you do not overpay for the service. We charge a per person rate for teams and the cost per person decreases the more people who are being photographed. To learn how much it would cost to photograph your team, please request a free quote.
Yes, absolutely. We can create multiple looks within the same photoshoot by incorporating additional backdrops.
Your quoted per-person rate includes the first backdrop. Each additional backdrop is treated as a new look and is billed at a reduced rate of 75% of the original per-person rate.
We can tailor our setup to suit both the space available and the style of images you would like to create. Generally, a modest area of around 7' x 7' with standard ceiling height is enough for us to work comfortably. We often photograph in boardrooms, offices, and smaller workplace spaces, so we are very used to making professional setups work efficiently on location.
