Step 1: Start the Process

Awesome! We are glad you are here and looking to get some great headshots for yourself. The first thing to do is let us know a little bit about your project. You can send us an email directly by clicking this link or follow click here to be taken to our 'Get a Quote' page, where you can fill out some quick information. Once we have your information, we'll send you back a recommendation for which of our services we feel will suit your unique project the best.

Alternatively, you can check out our services below on this page and let us know which session you would like. Then we can jump right into getting you penciled in!

Step 2: Scheduling

Once you tell us you're happy with the price, we'll get you penciled in. Our schedule is pretty flexible, so we are usually able to accommodate 'short notice' photoshoots for those who need their new headshots asap. Once you are scheduled, we will send you some information to help get you looking their best for the photoshoot.

Step 3: Photoshoot Day!

This is the fun step! Darian Drake will arrive to set up for your photoshoot at the agreed upon location and things will get underway. Darian will set up his pro-studio and the photoshoot will begin.

Step 4: Get Your Images

Once your photoshoot is over, you will receive a private online gallery to select your proofs (the unedited images) - this gallery is usually ready the same day of your photoshoot. Once you select your images, they move in to the post-production phase. Darian will get them shined and polished and you will have them back generally within a few business days - often sooner depending on the complexity of the edit and how many headshots are being returned.

For those in a hurry, we are able to arrange a premium 1 day turn around for an extra cost. these images are often returned within a few hours of selection.

Standard Package

60 minute on-location session.
Professional expression and posture coaching.
Up to 2 wardrobe changes.
Up to 2 backdrops.
Your choice of combination of headshots; 1/2 body, 3/4 body portraits. *Full body portraits available at additional cost.
3 edited images delivered as max resolution .JPEG files.
1 private online image gallery for selection and delivery.
Option to purchase additional images.

90 minute on-location session.

Unlimited wardrobe changes.
