Let's get some information about how we can serve you best. Fill out the form on this page to give us some quick information about your upcoming project and we will reach out - often within hours - to give you an exact quote for your consideration.
01 - Contact Us
Once you tell us you are happy with the price, we will arrange the perfect date and time for your photoshoot. We only book in one client per day, so you are guaranteed to get the time slot, which will work best for your team. After you are booked in, we will provide you with all the materials and resources you need coordinate your team for the big day.
02 - Book In
This is the fun part! Once we arrive at your location, we will quickly set up our studio and start photographing your team. We typically run through 12 people per hour, so we can complete even the largest teams in no time!
03 - Photoshoot Day
If your team does not opt for our on-site selection service (info below), your designated team representative will receive your private proofing gallery within hours of the completion of your photoshoot. Once your team has selected the images to be edited, we will move forward with the editing process. Expect your final images to be uploaded to your online gallery for download within 5 business days - although we often have the galleries done within 1-2 business days.

Even in spaces not traditionally designed for photography, we know how to shape light, reduce distractions, and create a polished look that feels like it was shot in a dedicated studio.

Your Photoshoot

Once your session is booked, we’ll send you everything you need to plan a smooth and successful photo day. This includes helpful instructions on how to organize your team’s schedule, along with a detailed preparation PDF covering what to wear, how to prepare, and tips to ensure everyone looks their best.
On the day of your photoshoot, we arrive approximately one hour early to set up our mobile studio. Our setup is quick, efficient, and designed to minimize disruption to your workplace. Once everything is ready, we begin photographing your team using a pre-arranged sign-up schedule, ensuring each person receives their dedicated camera time and the session stays organized and on track.
After the final headshot is captured, we quickly break down the studio and head out. From there, we begin preparing and organizing your images for gallery upload and delivery.
